hi! this post about the glue gun is a great idea--i've used it before and it works great on cinder block walls. drywall, though,--not so good. when i used it on my drywall wall, it pulled not only the top layer of paint off, but part of the drywall, too. i had used to it to hang christmas lights, so i ended up with lots of holes in my walls! yikes! =(
