Who has the out of prision statistics? I want the one for A SWAT to the hiney to emphasise a "no" Not a spanking,(more than one swat) or what would be concidered abuse.
I see it happen every time I go to the grocery.
The kind of swat that doesn't bring a tear to an eye. It just takes the child by surprise.
I think most all parents have at one time swatted a hand or a hiney to keep a child from doing something dangerous or for a more immediate responce to the "no" given. Even if we don't remember I bet most of us at toddlers got such a swat.
