    Now is a good time

    Now is a good time to send out resumes, not only for a job in fall of 2005, but sometimes schools need teachers in January if someone leaves in December. I got my job in January last year, so I know it's possible. Also, some schools start looking in the spring for the fall teachers, and it's good to go ahead and get it in early so that they will have seen your name.
