| I agree about being professionally dressed. I teach at a private school. The students wear uniforms and the teachers have a dress codes. Don't get me wrong I like it. It helps keep me professional. Dresses/skirts and ties for the men. No jeans for the guys, (but the ladies can wear jean jumpers/skirts, as long as they look nice) You know what???? I get respect from parents and students. Besides my badge, students and parents KNOW wow the teachers are because we 'look' like teachers. I teach FOUR YEAR OLDS and I manage just fine in a skirt/dress. Obviously it can't be a short one. and obviously if I bend over small tables I can't wear low cut blouses either. I also don't wear necklaces because they always 'bonk' my students when I bend down to help them. HEY!! It's about the kids right.... I wish we could get those other teachers to realize that. oh well, I don't need to tell you , you are all in agreement with me. have a great summer, and don't let the Turkeys get you down.. SOAR with the Eagles!!
