Let things alone...for now!

Hard as it is, new schools do not appreciate your coming in wanting to "fix things up." So you have to "sit on your hands" the first few months unless it's something major.I completely understand your concern and hate it when I see mistakes like that--it looks so unprofessional. Your time will come when you can share what's on your heart--just don't come in that way!
