    find a different attorney. You broke no laws or rules - if the parent of the student is okay with the home tutoring - then why did they do this? You have a right to pursue your education. The other option is to transfer to a different college and not tell them what happened. Just request your transcripts and do over classs if you have to - just don't tell them about the dismissal from Student teaching. Legally you have a right to your transcripts and you can do over some of the credit hours if need be. Go to a really big college that has a ton of students. Don't let the old college or the schools you student taught for know what happened. If asked why you left - say you were in a car accident and had to drop out or you had to take care of a dying relative and had to move. It might take an extra year or two - but you may just have to start over. Also did they try to imply you did something inappropriate with the student? If they did - then that is slander and possibly libel. It sounds like someone high up in the college or school system doesn't like you for some reason. Colleges and school districts can be very petty.
