I used to take my class to the bathroom in the morning and afternoon as a class. But the just played and were noisy. I lost probably about a good half hour of teaching time to now I just let them go as needed. If I am in the middle of teaching and they need to go I always ask if they could wait a few minutes. If they can't then I just let them go. If you don't make a big deal of it they usually don't.
