    I agree with pjm. contact her advisor immediately before this goes any further. Set up a meeting with the advisor, principal, Miss ST and yourself. Get the ground rules laid out. Get exact specifications regarding dress code, arrival time, work load in the classroom, etc. Bring up everything that has been an issue. If she doesn't like the rules then ask for her to be reassigned. Your primary concern is for the welfare of your students.
    Her happiness & feelings come in a distant second.
    I can't imagine a college that would condone that type of behavior and risk their reputation.
