I completely understand where you are coming from. This is my second year and I am very excited to share ideas. However, I am a little hesitant. Although I am working with new people this year I had a bad experience my first year. Every time I tried to share I got shot down by my mentor teacher. She pretty much just flat out told me every idea I had was a dumb idea. It was tough. This year I started something and the one telling me my ideas were dumb stole what I was doing and made it her own. I wouldn't even follow through with things after being told they were dumb. Well I have a lot more confidence this year and it's amazing what the "dumb" teacher has taken from me. She never admits it though. She says she did it first and it's not worth the arguement so I just go on. Anyway that's my own vent. I would ask her to share. Maybe she is just waiting and maybe she feels unconfident. However, she should not be asking you to make copies. I have had people offer to just make copies for me after sharing an idea but I would never ask. Sometimes I ask if I can go make a copy of something I like but that is as far as I would go. I always try to inmput my ideas too. I do admit sometimes I worry still after having my confidence brought down last year. That is also my personality. I, generally, have low self esteem so I worry about those things. Good luck.
