We don't let our kids out if it is below 32 degrees or if the wind is too strong. We are not fortunate enough in my school to have aides take the kids out for recess. We, the teachers have to stand out there and if it's too cold, we don't go out. I am very surprised at some of the temperatures listed. I'd be too afraid of all the kids getting sick more often than they already are.
