I agree with all of the above. I just wanted to add that there is something wrong with this parent and she probably can't help it. It has been my experience, that people who have problems they are not able to handle well in other areas of their lives, take it out where they can. Try to remember it probably isn't you she is really upset with. I know that it's hard to deal with people like this. Let her comments roll off your back. Don't meet with her alone and try not to take it personally. Good luck.
