You mentioned that you are an awesome team, and that you plan everything together. Next planning session, why not split up the work too - each of you do 1/3 of the copying or prep work, but do it for all three of you. That way, he'll just have to step up, since you've given him some particular parts of the week he's responsible for preparing for all of you, and the other two will be helping him out as well....plus you'll all have a little less prep work. If that doesn't work, THEN you can confront him together.
