I have some advice for the next field trip. First, try to give an earlier time than the time you plan on leaving that way you can make sure you'll probably leave on time. When discussing plans, so you leave at 8:15 instead of 8:30. Same goes from departing the place of the trip. Also, it may help to call all the other teachers and just say "Don't forget, we need to be on the bus at _____ (time). If you do it friendly, hopefully they won't be hurt, yet be reminded that that's when they are suppose to be on the bus.
