I don't have a complete list but here are som By pjm

I call the letter C a fat letter and the letter
K a thin letter....
then i look at vowels and also label them fat or thin so
A O U are fat letters
E I Y are thin letters

then I write it on the board...fats with the fats and thins with the thins thus
C + A O U
K + E I Y

when a child doesn't know how begin a word I tell them to leave the first letter blank and write the rest of the word....look at the vowel if it's a fat vowel use a C and a thin vowel use a K...if the second letter is a consonant then the first letter is a c...my kids really get this....and when I write it on the board I really exagerate the fat c and the very thin k...
