I agree with the post above that said to start by asking how they think things are going so far. This is a good way to make sure their concerns are addressed. Inevitably, this will lead into any areas you want to address as well. Listening is one of the most important things I do at conferences. I find that once I start talking, sometimes I have a hard time shutting up!
