Kerry, you responded earlier to my post about the lack of staff moral in my building and said it sounded like your building. I know exactly how you feel and I think you are lucky to be able to change schools. Teaching jobs are not plentiful where I am at...even the large inner-city district where I am laid off teachers this year. Hang in there....I know there are better schools and administrators out there!
