I think Readers' Theatre scripts are fabulous for this, unless you mean all the children reading together. Scripts are great for teaching fluency and the children LOVE doing them. No prompts required, just daily practice for about 15 minutes and the opportunity to read for the whole class on Fridays. There are multitudes of scripts available online.
