25% on the wall club

I teach in Roseburg Oregon and we too have the 25% rule. Our rooms used to bud with wonderful learning creations from the students. Now we can barely put up their work, let alone anything bright and cheery. We also are not allowed to hang anything on the ceiling. This was a big bummer because my students used to do these really awesome Book Report polyhedron balls which would hang from the ceiling. The strange thing is that schools in the same county have less requirements on their walls.
