The sheet sounds neat and students can very easily keep track of their progress! What I do is print of grades from my computer every once in awhile (usually after a test because they can see what the test did to their grade) and make little slips for students so each student gets a slip with his/her name on it and their grade. They can see me before or after school if they wish to see their grade as well. Sometimes I don't have all the assignments recorded, but I let them see what they have gotten so far without those assignments.
