There are several fun math game books that can be found at any teacher store. Check out the Mailbox Magazine for ideas. Most of my games come from my math curriculum. Currently I use Saxon Math, but Everyday Math, and Trailblazers Math are also good sources to pull centers from, esp. Everyday Math. This program has a whole book that is full of supplemental games to go with the program (which I've carried over into the Saxon program).
Decks of cards are very useful for most games. Along with dice, pennys and place markers.
