You are the one who made it a gender issue when you put "Some Female Principals" as the subject of your post. It has nothing to do with her gender, it has everything to do with her, the person she is. So what does the fact that she's female even matter? You made it sound like it mattered. Anyways, if you don't like it, do something about it. But remember, I'm sure not everyone feels the same way. Some people may actually think that the way your principal is doing things is the right way. If you have valid points and can back them up, do something about it.
