Missed the point By Tired-Teacher
|
| All of you missed the point or focus on the one thing gender. It was part of the issue but not the issue. She (the principal) DOES NOT inforce the rules and that is that. She acts like she was hired to be friends with the students. I am saying that it is hard enough to teach these students but some of trouble makers and start choas in the classroom and when I send them to the office I want them to be afraid not act like they had "cookies in milk" with the "principal" the person who has authority over both the students as well as teachers. The coach is the only person who I feel stayed focus on my point of issue. I have been teaching for 14 years and this is the ONLY year I feel like students are in control of the school, classroom, and the principal. I just want have a principal that knows how to do both and that is run the school fairly and with authority.
