just finished a job in behavioral classroom

These students need caring individuals who will not yell at their every move. Many of them have tough home lives and are seeking attention. That is what causes their behaviors. I have found success in being consistent with the rules, folllowing through on consequences, and holding them accountable for their actions. It can be a tough group to work with but also very rewarding. I also used the behavior cards documenting every 15 minutes with + or -. Good luck!
