I am in a similar position. I have a regular afternoon teaching job. I do sub AM frequently-- this week 3 times. However it is not very dependable and I use it for non budget items (fun money) Last year it was very regular but with budget cut backs there are fewer training days and fewer teachers job sharing. My PM position pays as much as working all day as a short term sub so AM's are for fun!
