We also do an ocean theme in our K. Tomorrow we're making jelly fish. I'm using construction paper. There will be a front an back and I'm punching holes along the outside so that they can lace through it and we can stuff it. We're hangin it from the ceiling so it will kinda look like we're int he ocean too. Also you could easily find a fish coloring page. Have them color or paint it then they can add glitter or sequins. Mine love being creative with sparkly stuff. I hope this helped.
