St. Patrick's Day

I usually do some 'fun' stuff surrounding St. Patrick's day, we talk about the history of the 'real' holiday, but for fun, I usually have 'leprechauns' come and visit our room. The kids totally get into this, they come and make little messes, leave green foot prints around the room, and on the day itself (or closest school day) they 'leave' a recipe for something. I'm embarrased to admit that I can't remember what we make...cookies or something. It is an AIMS activity, I can get you a copy if you want.Michele
