Do you really want your Master's or do you really want to start a family within the next couple of year?
Does your system require you to get your Master's?

It is hard when you have a newborn to work on a degree and teach.

I would say if you really want the degree, then go ahead and get that out of the way. Otherwise, it may be on down the road a while before you can get to it.
Ultimately, you and your husband need to talk out all options and see where you are both at on the topics.
