Help!! I don't know what I want to do. I have been teaching at the same school for 16 years (15 in 5th grade). I feel comfortable, but I wonder if I should change grades and schools before I retire (8 more years) or just stay where I am. I have a lot of friends at my school and most years are good. Sometimes parents drive me crazy, but then there are some good ones, too. My sister is also a teacher (high school) and says I am crazy to stay in elementary. I am also qualified to teach middle and high school math. I just hope someday I don't have to say, "I wish I had given middle or senior high a try!" I have great discipline in elementary, but wonder how it would be in middle or high school where sometimes kids seem to have a poor attitude. Any advise??
