    The 4 general roles are:
    leader - keeps things on track
    reader - reads rules, instructions, etc...
    recorder - any writing
    encourager- makes sure everyone is involved and makes positive comments

    others include:
    speaker -(if you only have 4, the reader is the speaker, also)
    illustrator - for any drawing needed
