I found the easiest way is to use poster board. Faintly (with a pencil) draw squares for each piece, to give you a "size" of piece. Then cut it out like you would any puzzle piece. Use reg. puzzles for reference (it's easier than me trying to explain!). For a caption, what about "We all fit together"?
