Most of us feel this way

I felt the same way you did after I sat through my first day of back to school inservice last year. Then I thought about it for a while and realized that my co-workers and I work very hard to help all of our students succeed academically and socially in this world, so the best way to deal with NCLB is to continue teaching through best practices and to keep in mind our students' needs first.
Eventually someone in Washington will open his/her mind to reality!
I think it would be great for one of the TV news shows or a documentary to spend time showing how this NCLB act puts pressure on everyone involved in the educational system.
