Themes By Paige

I taught two half day K programs for the last two years and I felt that seperating the two programs was a big help, however, I did not do it by themes but by colours. Morning was green and afternoon was red. My husband laughed when I said that I picked those colours because they were easy to remember--green for go (am) and red for stop (pm) :-) I am not sure if you want to go by animal themes or not considering you will be teaching a lot of theme units throughout the year and it could get busy. But that depends on how your year will be--its a personal thing :-) Anyhow. Good luck!
