My advice is to make 110% sure that it is actually the person you think it is. If it is, and this is your dream job, don't let her stand in the way of this good thing. If you're not sure that this is the perfect position for you, maybe you should do some shopping around first. You may find some similar job that where you can work with better people. Although, you may find people like that all over the place, no matter where you work. Don't let a bad person get in the way of something you want to do.
