Have you visited the schools in person to give them your resume? Most places say to go to the central office, and I did that - but then I also showed up at the schools to actually hand-deliver the resume to the principal. I made an appointment, introduced myself, toured the school, asked about possible positions, etc... When they saw how persistant I was, they gave me an interview. For references, I used the teachers I student-taught under. I also used other people that saw me teach in other aspects (at church, etc...). You can also use college instructors if you did especially well in one class. I hope you start getting some results!
