Maybe you could make a large green soccer field. Get tiny diecut people and have the kids make a "player" to put their name on and move them around on the field. Put the goal at the end of the field and that could be where everyone starts the day. For each infraction they move to a further space on the field. Maybe use a magnetic board for this? Welcome board: "Ms. __'s New Team!" Put a soccer ball, bat, baseball, etc. around on the board. Make little t-shirt shapes and run off copies. Have each student decorate a team jersey for the board with their name and number on it.
