I think the single greatest time saver to me was when I realised that I was only required to have 10 grades in my gradebook for each 6 weeks. I assign twice that many, but I don't tell the students which ones I'm taking a grade on. That way they still do all the assignments and I don't feel so swamped with grading papers. What do you all do to save time on paperwork? Lets hear some ideas, people!
