Hi, I have seen a book called Collecting Words: Teaching Phonemic Awareness. It is for grades 1-3 and it is full of ideas, activities, and reproducables for blends, digraphs and word families. It is made by Carson & Delosa and can be bought on their web site for $10.99. I thought that this could possibly be helpful for you.
