    I agree with all the above: Seating charts, making sure the books (Math, Spelling, Etc.) are in place so we don't have to search for them, make sure the sub plans are more detailed than just an outline and times the subjects are to be taught. I would also like to know when paras are coming in and out taking kids to various places, it's even important to know if there is even a para helping in your room. Make sure there are enough worksheets (if that's what it is left for the students to do). Recess, who gets to stay in and who shouldn't stay in. Something about the use of detention. The discipline rules for the classroom.

    I wish all schools would adopt the use of a sub folder, it would make the job much more smoother.
