Here's what I say: Read it again!!!!!! I loop with my fourth graders up to fifth next year, and I'm already feeling bad that they've already heard it, but I'll read it again if they want to hear it. Right now, I'd say they'd jump at that chance. I've read it five times and discover something "new" every time I read it. So ask your students. You may find out that they would love to hear it again, and this time they may just find some things they really didn't quite "get" the first time around.
