We had a Tech Night last year and it actually went very smooth! We went in the computer lab and had different programs loaded onto the computers. Not every computer had the same programs. We then trained the staff to be proficient with the computer program that was to be assigned to them. Later, when the parents arrived, we were able to seat them at computers and teach them/allow them to play with the programs. It was quiet and quick because we had about 1 teacher per every 2/3 computers. So the parents could ask specific questions and really "learn" the programs. The parents were allowed to switch to a different computer if they wished to learn about more than one program. We had a lot of positive feedback and I think we are doing it again this year. Hope this helps you! Tracy
