Now I would suggest that you make yourself a plan of action for when this child turns agressive again which I'm sure he will. Teach your class how to evacuate to a safe place when the agression begins....and please don't do this when the "retard" is in the room. Talk to a neighboring teacher and ask for their help in this type of situation.

and I don't care what other teachers have posted I am offended by your use of retard....it is not used in my state routinely or to get government funding and if this was your child you would be offended by a teacher using towrds your child. Think about it...
