    Chris ~ I think we have the same class! I too feel like a drill sargeant and spend way too long just waiting for thier attention. They would talk and fool around for an HOUR if let go. And LOUD!!!

    But I am hopeful that we can channel this energy if we just stay focused and CONSISTANT. And I am quite sure that by now you have already set up rules and expectations with these kids.

    One thing I hold in my mind - "Strive for improvement ~ not perfection" Good Luck
