hmmm- interesting

Wow- and to think of all the time I invest to make sure that I write complete sub plans to ensure that there are no "uncertain" moments in the day- or to provide clues about certain students who can be a help or who you "should know this about." Granted- I don't write out how to teach a certain worksheet- I figure most people can figure out what to do just by looking at it. But I always write down and leave ideas- that way no one can ever say that I didn't prepare my sub folder. BTW- in my school I am required to have premade lessons for the sub and a detailed explination of my daily routine- along with all the other incidental notes that I need to make someone aware of (allergies, religous food exceptions, bus lists, etc.) Shucks- I wish I could leave a pile of stuff and have the sub just know what to do with it. Sure would save me time.
