I agree with all the previous posters. I only have one thing to add. I have found consistency is the foundation of all well managed classrooms. If your students know what the consequence is each and every time they break a rule, you will be successful with managing the classroom. But, if you fail to follow through even one time with the consequence, they learn real fast how consistent you are. My experience is any great plan is only as good as the consistency it is followed through with. I wish you the best! Have a great year!
