An art project idea might be to have students make life-size cut-outs of themselves painted in swim suits and swimming positions. Add a mask, snorkel, and some swim fins and staple them to the ceiling. It looks as though they are swimming and looking down at the sea floor (your classroom). I've seen this done several times and it's soooo cute.
