I had to laugh so hard when I read your post. We too are in recorder season. At one point one day I had 4 in my desk drawer! That is so funny! They may have to cancel music because I have all of the recorders. We want to blow them in class, in the hall, take them apart, put them together, clean them, switch them, decorate them, take them to recess and then fight over them on and on and on. I love music but I wish they were as enthused about inferencing and long division!
