I just wanted to add a few more things. I am in my last phase of student teaching (giving back subjects). It was overwhelming in the beginning. However, as time passed, it became easier and easier (almost second nature). We had to spend almost an entire year with our class so that helped. Just remember to be flexible and be yourself. I have been asked questions that I didn't know the answer (first grade-belive it or not). Just be honest--the kids will appreciate the honesty. Take one day at a time!! Complete things daily and then worry about the next day's business only. Don't worry about next week or next month--they'll come soon enough. You'll do just fine. I have a few more words to share--keep a journal and write daily about your experiences (brief). It is handy to jot your worries and concerns down on paper as well as the happy moments too. It'll be a good momento down the road. Good luck!!! You'll do just fine-promise me!!!!!!!!!
