I printed my own on my computer and printer. I used Microsoft Publish It. I designed them and put my name and e-mail address and phone. I always leave it with my note when I am in a room. Even if I have subbed for the teacher before. You can buy business cards for your printer and just print them out on your own. I do 30 at a time and it takes me about 1 1/2 months to go through them. Then I just print up 20 or 30 more.
