Yes they choose their own books yet I have to approve them. I look to make sure it's at their level and it's a good way to challenge your high kids. Some projects are done in class like the book commercials or dress up speech although they need to read the books and prepare the projects at home. Although most is prepared at home, we do take time to share with their classmates everytime.
