*Have an idea of what you want your behavior plan to be, how your going to implement, what you're going to do if it isn't working, etc. *Mention parents in as many instances as possible, without going overboard. *If you can, find information about the district and/or school. *Have questions for the interviewer. *Dress for success! I wore a a traditional black suit. *Write a thank you letter after the interview. In my experience, there is a screening interview where the screener asks you general questions. Then, after that, specific principals will interview. If anyone is involved, it will often be other teachers of the same grade. Good luck!
