    *Rely on what you learned during student teaching, subbing, and/or actual teaching. Use lots of examples, using "I would expect my students to..." or "Here's an example of when I/students did....".
    *Have an idea of what you want your behavior plan to be, how your going to implement, what you're going to do if it isn't working, etc.
    *Mention parents in as many instances as possible, without going overboard.
    *If you can, find information about the district and/or school.
    *Have questions for the interviewer.
    *Dress for success! I wore a a traditional black suit.
    *Write a thank you letter after the interview.

    In my experience, there is a screening interview where the screener asks you general questions. Then, after that, specific principals will interview. If anyone is involved, it will often be other teachers of the same grade.
